Michael has dedicated over three decades to the financial services industry since beginning his career in 1990, developing deep expertise in leveraging life insurance for business continuity, estate preservation, and legacy planning.

His professional focus encompasses three primary areas. In business insurance, Michael structures solutions for Buy Sell Agreement funding, Key Person Life Insurance, and Deferred Compensation Plans that protect companies and their ownership structures. Within estate planning, he designs and implements Trust Owned Life Insurance strategies that address complex wealth transfer concerns. His legacy planning work centers on strategically positioning life insurance as a portfolio asset to enhance liquidity and provide additional protection for comprehensive financial plans.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and has earned both the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Certified Financial and Business Specialist (CFBS) designations, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.

His past community involvement includes eleven years of service on the board of Einstein Healthcare Network and a previous leadership role as Co-Chair of the Development Committee for Penn State University's Brandywine Campus. Michael maintains active membership in the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Society of Financial Service Professionals, where he engages with fellow practitioners on emerging trends and best practices in the field.

Gail brings three decades of executive management consulting experience to her role at The Feinman Group, which she joined in March 2016. She leads our Life and Disability Insurance Underwriting department while simultaneously directing all Client Services and Office Management operations.

In her capacity overseeing carrier relationships, Gail manages the critical intersections of technology integration, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise ensures that our firm maintains seamless coordination with insurance carriers across all operational touchpoints.

The life insurance landscape has undergone substantial transformation over the past several years, making meticulous attention to detail and responsive service delivery essential to client satisfaction. Gail's leadership in advancing our operational capabilities across all business functions ensures that The Feinman Group remains aligned with evolving industry standards and continues to meet the sophisticated needs of our clientele with precision and efficiency.

Lindsay brings valuable experience from the legal industry along with a specialized background in Human Resources to her role at The Feinman Group, which she joined in July 2021. She plays an integral part in the comprehensive review and analysis of both existing life insurance portfolios and new policy implementations, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy throughout the evaluation process.

Beyond her analytical responsibilities, Lindsay manages essential administrative functions that support our client service operations, helping to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of client matters. Her attention to detail and organizational capabilities contribute significantly to the firm's commitment to exceptional client care.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Crime, Law, and Justice with a Business Option from The Pennsylvania State University. This interdisciplinary educational foundation provides her with a unique perspective that combines regulatory understanding, analytical rigor, and business acumen in her work with clients and their insurance needs.

As Vice President of Advanced Markets for our partner, Valmark Financial Group, Michael Amoia works with our clients and our clients' advisors to implement advanced wealth transfer and business planning techniques that leverage the use of life insurance. With over 28 years of experience and a deep understanding of complex estate planning techniques, Mr. Amoia works closely with both our back-office life insurance case design and financial planning teams to create client deliverables that help illustrate how these techniques and strategies can maximize the ability for clients to efficiently transfer intergenerational wealth. Mr. Amoia is a frequent national speaker on various estate planning topics and an author of numerous industry articles. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®), Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Juris Doctor (JD) which he earned from University of Baltimore's School of Law, and holds an LL.M in Taxation and Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University Law Center.
