Michael has dedicated over three decades to the financial services industry since beginning his career in 1990, developing deep expertise in leveraging life insurance for business continuity, estate preservation, and legacy planning.
His professional focus encompasses three primary areas. In business insurance, Michael structures solutions for Buy Sell Agreement funding, Key Person Life Insurance, and Deferred Compensation Plans that protect companies and their ownership structures. Within estate planning, he designs and implements Trust Owned Life Insurance strategies that address complex wealth transfer concerns. His legacy planning work centers on strategically positioning life insurance as a portfolio asset to enhance liquidity and provide additional protection for comprehensive financial plans.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and has earned both the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Certified Financial and Business Specialist (CFBS) designations, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence.
His past community involvement includes eleven years of service on the board of Einstein Healthcare Network and a previous leadership role as Co-Chair of the Development Committee for Penn State University's Brandywine Campus. Michael maintains active membership in the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Society of Financial Service Professionals, where he engages with fellow practitioners on emerging trends and best practices in the field.
